Who we are

We are the International Dance Therapy Institute of Australia (IDTIA) and we were established in Melbourne in 1989. Our website address is: http://idtia.org.au.

When you share your personal information with us we treat it with care and have a responsibility to protect it. In line with the European Union’s new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we have updated our Privacy Policy.

We do not share your data with anyone. By default WordPress does not share any personal data with anyone.

How long we retain your data

If you wish to enroll in a course/ workshop we retain your name and address details. We retain these indefinitely. Your student record from your training course will be retained by the IDTIA Administration Office.

What rights you have over your data

If you have sent us personal details, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
