Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy – DMT Insight sessions

1. All booking cancellations must be made through IDTIA Admin, via email admin@idtia.org.au
2. Any booking cancellation received 7 or more days prior to the DMT Insight session will receive a full refund.
3. Any booking cancellation received 48 hours or more prior to the DMT Insight session will receive a 50% refund.
4. There will be no refund for any booking cancellation received less than 48 hours prior to the DMT Insight session.
5. If the DMT Insight session is cancelled, all booking payments will be refunded in full.

Cancellation Policy – Conversations and Dance & Move sessions

1. Payments for IDTIA Conversations and Dance & Move sessions are non-refundable, unless the session is cancelled.
